Yes. For Air Express, a UPS tracking number will be emailed to you for real-time tracking. For Ocean Freight, we provide email updates at key stages: vessel departure, arrival in Canada, and customs clearance completion.
Ocean Freight is ideal if you are shipping multiple boxes (such as moving goods or immigration bags) or if you want to save on shipping costs compared to air transport.
Since international shipping involves long-distance transit, sturdy packing is essential. We recommend using heavy-duty boxes, plenty of cushioning materials (bubble wrap), and packing items individually for maximum protection.
There is no absolute limit, but we recommend choosing the service that fits your volume. Air Express is best for 1–2 small boxes. Ocean Freight is commonly used for up to 7 immigration bags. For volumes larger than that, our professional international moving service may be more appropriate.
We recommend using standard cardboard boxes for air shipping. Please note that plastic moving boxes require special handling due to air freight size and loading regulations, which incurs an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per box.
