Passport Validity: Please check the expiration dates of all family members traveling. If a passport has less than 6 months of validity remaining, please apply for a renewal in advance and send a copy of the photo page to your COSHIP representative. Item Sorting: Please organize and separate your belongings in advance to ensure that items being shipped overseas do not get mixed up with items staying behind. Elevator Reservations: If you live in an apartment or condo, you may need to notify the management office (in Korea) or the building manager (in Canada) of your moving schedule to reserve the elevator. Refrigerator Preparation: If you are shipping a refrigerator, we recommend disconnecting the power and cleaning the interior at least 3 days before packing to ensure it is completely dry. Parking Space: Please secure a parking space for the moving truck on the day of the move. Valuables & Essentials: Please keep passports, air tickets, important documents, jewelry, and cash separately so they are not accidentally packed with the general household shipment.

Departure Updates: If your travel plans change, please notify your COSHIP representative of your final departure date as soon as possible. Delivery Details: Double-check and confirm your local address, contact information, move-in date, and preferred delivery date with your coordinator. Address Not Confirmed? If your final destination address is not yet settled, you may provide a friend or acquaintance's contact information as a temporary alternative. Cargo Insurance: If you wish to purchase shipping insurance, please consult your representative before the shipment leaves to confirm eligibility and complete the necessary procedures.

Elevator Reservations: Once your delivery date is confirmed following customs clearance, please check with your condo or apartment management to reserve the elevator. Structural Details & Access: Please notify your COSHIP coordinator in advance if your residence has any of the following specific structural features: Townhouse: Narrow hallways or living spaces starting from the second floor. Condo: Parking/loading zones located far from the entrance, or buildings without elevators. House: Heavy items needing to be moved to the second floor or basement, or unusual staircase layouts. Storage Requests: If you are unable to receive your shipment immediately upon arrival, please inform your representative before the cargo is dispatched. Note: Depending on the region and situation, additional storage fees may apply.
