Vehicle must be owned under your name in Canada for at least 3 months prior to shipment
One vehicle allowed per individual/family
All financing or lease balances must be fully paid before export

Personal Lease: Eligible if listed as the main driver on the insurance policy

Corporate Lease: Not eligible; must be transferred to a personal title and held for at least 3 months

Korea-manufactured vehicles (VIN starting with “K”) may qualify for a customs duty exemption.

Estimated taxes vary by case, and other taxes/fees may still apply, so we recommend checking in advance.
